Active Family Physiotherapy
Active Family Physiotherapy is a growing physiotherapy clinic
servicing Kew and the surrounding suburbs of Kew East, Balwyn, Balwyn Nth, Ivanhoe, Deepdene, Bulleen and Surrey Hills.
The clinic was established by Tony Perilli with the goal of providing an expert physiotherapy service to those with pain and injury. Tony has spent over a decade in private practice successfully treating musculoskeletal problems. His aim is to thoroughly assess, accurately diagnose and properly treat your condition so that you can return to the activities you enjoy.
There is a heavy emphasis on hand-on treatment during your 30-minute appointment. We massage and mobilise the relevant areas to promote tissue healing and optimise your recovery. We also use spinal manipulation, ultrasound, dry needling, strapping and electrotherapy if appropriate.
Your rehabilitation won’t be all passive. You will be given a tailored exercise program to get you actively involved in your recovery. Strengthening the injured area will encourage long-lasting relief from your pain.
Active Family Physiotherapy is located in a modern and comfortable facility on Burke Road in Kew, 300 metres south of the Harp/Belmore Roads intersection. We welcome all clients: private, Medicare, DVA, TAC and WorkSafe. We have EFTPOS and HICAPS for immediate processing of your private health and Medicare claims. There is also onsite parking, including a disabled parking space, for your convenience.
